Pulled a 56 mile bike in about 3.2 hrs. Neck was sore at about mile 35. Knee joints swelled little near the end, but overall felt good. The final bike tune with Jason Jablonski worked well to make me more efficient and more comfortable. Perhaps just raising the handlebar stem a half inch or so might help with neck pain. Not sure.
